Wild Rising Retreats is led by Noel Karcie Scalla, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #132683) based in Sebastopol, California, with over 15 years of trauma-informed clinical experience spanning child welfare, school counseling, residential treatment, and clinical supervision.

Noel's work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a therapeutic model that honors every part of you, even the parts that feel hardest to sit with. That same philosophy shapes every retreat under the Wild Rising name: spaces where healing, ritual, and real clinical care can coexist.

Wild Rising Retreats grew out of a simple belief — that deep transformation doesn't have to choose between the clinical and the sacred.
